Entry Requirements
- Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport and in good health;
- Non-Chinese citizens over 18. Students under 18 can also apply but they need to find an adult(your family member, relatives or friends) living in Fuzhou city as your guarantor in China before you can apply, and your guarantor will need to provide related documents like guardian letter for you to support their applications.
- Senior high school graduates or with educational background at above level, or equivalent to that of a Chinese senior high school graduate or above, with results of B or above (more than 70 for a hundred-mark system); and
- Applicant\'s level of proficiency in Chinese shall reach elementary C (Level 3) or above in HSK. High school graduates with Chinese as the main teaching language in all courses are free from HSK certificates.

Physical examination record for foreigner, No-criminal record certificate, HSK report, study plan, etc.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
